Each attribute is a single data field returned in the API response. Your plan determines how many attributes are included per decode.

The Starter plan (20 attributes) covers core vehicle identity and key shop specs. Higher plans unlock deeper data like safety features, airbags, dimensions, and full service intervals. See the full attribute list in the API docs.

A lookup is counted the first time you decode a VIN. If you decode the same VIN again later, it's served from cache and does not count against your monthly limit.
You'll receive a 429 (Too Many Requests) response. Cached lookups still work. You can upgrade your plan or wait for the next billing cycle.
